Yvette’s Restaurant
The owners wanted to create a
classically styled restaurant and lounge in the North Dallas area.
The site included a structurally sound, though badly dated building
approximately the size of the proposed restaurant.
Our solution
We wrapped the core of the
existing structure with an elegant lime stone parapet wall accented with
classical shuttered windows. A sculptured metal canopy and glowing gas
lanterns highlight the glass paned entry doors.
